3-11 DAY SHOW ANNOUNCEMENT!!
LET THE COUNTDOWN BEGIN!!

311 will return to the great city of NEW ORLEANS for 3-11 DAY 2008!!!!

THE ULTIMATE 311 CONCERT EXPERIENCE....with special extended set list and special surprises will return to New Orleans for the biggest & best 3-11 Day celebration yet! 311 will break out all of their classics & rarities for an incredible night of music!!! This is a 311 show like no other!

Come join 311's most dedicated fans from around the world as we converge on New Orleans for good friends, good times and good tunes!! Last 3-11 Day, we had fans attend the show from 48 different US states and 5 other countries!
So start making your plans now to join 311 in NEW ORLEANS on TUESDAY, MARCH 11, where the 311 global community will come together to celebrate our unity!! Are you with me?!!!!

VENUE: NEW ORLEANS ARENA
While past shows have been at the UNO Lakefront Arena, this time the show will be at the New Orleans Arena (www.neworleansarena.com), a state-of-the-art facility that opened in 1999. The Arena is within walking distance of 18,000 hotel rooms, the Central Business District, the Louisiana Superdome, the French Quarter (Bourbon Street), and riverfront attractions. So this location will be much more central to the heart and good times of New Orleans.
TICKETS: ON-SALE TBA
At this time, a ticket on-sale date has not been determined. It should be sometime between early December and mid January. We'll be updating you along the way. There will be General Admission Floor Tickets, and Reserved Seat Tickets available. This venue also offers some "Club Seats", which are reserved seats in the lower mezzanine that have access to two private lounges (private bars, restaurant and restrooms). 3-11 Day is a long night of entertainment, so you should make the decision of what is better for you...floor or seats. HOTELS:
The arena is walking distance to many hotels. Nearby hotels (within 3/4 of a mile) include Holiday Inn, Marriott, Wyndham, Hyatt, Wyndsor Court, Comfort Inn, Days Inn, etc. Locations in the mid-city area or in French Quarter area are all nearby. We look to establish some special hotel group rates. We will get this information to you as soon as we have it.

POST-SHOW PARTY:
After the big 3-11 Day Show, fans can walk en-masse to the French Quarter! It's 1 mile from the arena. And there we can all gather and celebrate on historic Bourbon Street and it's many bars and clubs...This is an afterparty not to be missed!!
