311 FALL TOUR COMPLETION:
311 are currently on the homestretch of their eight week Fall Tour, spanning coast to coast. Thanks to The Exit, Alien Ant Farm, Grasshopper Takeover, Agents of the Sun, Zack Hexum, Blackalicious and Shootyz Groove for making it a special adventure. And extra special thanks to all of YOU that came out to rock the house!!

311 will wrap up their 2005 touring with a special 3 night stand at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles!! There will be a different opening band each night (12/13 - Zach Hexum, 12/14 - Volto featuring Danny Carey of Tool and 12/16 - Alien Ant Farm). And 311 will play a completely different set list for each show!! Tickets are going fast. Get yours quick: Box Office: 213-380-5005 and Ticketmaster: 213-480-3232. For more info visit the Tour Dates page.
311 MIXING IT UP:
Be sure to visit the Set List Page of 311.com to see the songs played at every show for the entire tour. And check out the 2005 Tour Stats Page for tour statistics. The Summer Tour statistics are posted now and the Fall Tour statistics will be posted upon tour completion.

Nick says the following, "We really try hard to maintain a balance of rarities for the hardcore fans and familiar songs that get the place goin' off. Within 10 days into the tour we played 67 different songs. Then added a list of about 15 more songs within the next few weeks."

He's right, 311 have played over 75 different songs on the Fall Tour!! That variety is a true testament to how much the band is mixing up set lists per night, more than ever. 311 brought back such songs as Grassroots, Hive, Galaxy, Mindspin, Sever and Can't Fade Me - all songs that last appeared in set lists in 2002. In addition, the band played rarities Rollin, Six, Rub A Dub, Strangers, and Outside. And 311 has been jamming longer versions of Welcome, Nix Hex, Taiyed and Nutsymptom. All great stuff from a band that is not afraid to take chances by mixing it up to keep things fresh for their fans!
"SPEAK EASY" HITS RADIO!!:
The second single from 'Don't Tread On Me' is the song "Speak Easy", which was the #1 most added song at Modern Rock Radio last week!! The song is already playing on 30 stations! Keep an ear out for the song and be sure to call your local station with a request. Visit the Radio Request Page at 311.com to find your local station's request line info. P-Nut picked out the wood, design and the specs for this special limited-edition bass guitar. There are only 23 in the US and 23 overseas. P-Nut is both thrilled and proud to have his own signature series. Check it out at: www.warwickbass.com.
And for those interested in a purchase, contact your local Warwick dealer.
311 HALLOWEEN:
311 played to an energetic sold out crowd at Moore Theatre in Seattle on Halloween night. As usual, the band was in costume. Nick (boxer), Tim (NASCAR driver), P-Nut (Bootsie Collins), Chad (scary Egyptian Pharoah) and SA (robot). Nick was inspired by the boxing classes he took over the summer. Tim used patches for his jumpsuit from all of his equipment endorsers. P-Nut actually got his outfit and bass guitar from Bootsie himself. SA built his own amazing robot costume. And Chad came up with the idea for the band to change into Chef outfits to cook up the beats during Applied Science. Great stuff once again!!

311 / THANKSGIVING INCIDENT:
We did not intend to discuss this incident publicly, but since rumors are beginning to spread we'd like to set the record straight. On November 24th (Thanksgiving), 311 had the day off in Baltimore, Maryland. Chad Sexton, SA Martinez & P-Nut were relaxing in a hotel lounge with their wives and friends watching a basketball game on television. Scott Stapp entered the bar. He appeared intoxicated. He drank a shot at the bar and then threw his shot glass, smashing it on the bar. He was acting belligerent and got into an argument with patrons sitting at the bar. He then sat down next to SA and his wife. He made a disrespectful and crude remark to SA's wife. Chad and SA asked him to step away. He then sucker-punched Chad. Scott was looking for a fight - and that's what he got. A fight ensued. Soon the police arrived and everyone was restrained and questioned; and Scott was ultimately asked to leave the hotel.
