HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

NEW ALBUM IN THE WORKS:
311 is in the early stages of the writing process for their next album. The band will spend October through January writing and rehearsing, then they will record in February and March - followed by mixing and mastering in April. Based on this schedule, we are hoping to release the album in July 2005. All good things in all good time!!!!

Look for the band to return to the road in Summer 2005, in support of the new album.
3-11 DAY DVD RELEASED!!!:
311 released their 3-11 Day Live Concert DVD on October 26th!! The double dvd set, featuring 64 songs and behind the scenes footage, debuted at #3 on Billboard Top Music DVD’s Chart! It has been great to hear all the positive reviews and how many of you had viewing parties with friends to enjoy the concert in your livingrooms! Thanks for all of your support. If you haven’t checked out the DVD yet, then get your copy now – it’s a concert like no other!

(Since we know you will ask, #1 on the Top Music DVD’s chart was John Mellencamp (but this was an Audio CD w/ bonus DVD so not really a pure DVD release) and #2 was Jimmy Page / Robert Plant’s live concert DVD. All hail to the mighty men of Zeppelin!)
HEXUM BROTHERS WRAP UP TOUR:
Nick and brother Zack Hexum have completed their 10 show tour of the Midwest. Nick wanted to share the following, “I had a blast on the Hex Bros tour and I want to thank the people who supported it. I'm washing my hands of politics now. I want to think of nothing but a great new 311 album and the beauty of the world."
