311 COMPLETE SUMMER TOUR:
311 have just wrapped up over 40 shows, coast to coast, in support of the band's new album, "Evolver". 311 had a blast on the Summer Unity Tour and we thank you all for coming out and rocking the house along the way!!
More then ever, 311 mixed up the set lists every night, playing such rarities as Soulsucker, Starshines, Sweet, Nutsymptom, Eons, No Control, Large in the Margin, Electricity, etc. And for the first time live, the band debuted playing nine new songs from "Evolver"!! For a complete song list of each show visit the Set Lists Page. During this 41 show tour, 311 played exactly 1,000 songs. Also a big thanks to G Love & Special Sauce, O.A.R, Something Corporate and DJP for opening the night and making the tour a great experience.

SUMMER TOUR SPOTLIGHT:
As part of the Summer Tour, 311 made visits to MTV, FUSE and the Jimmy Kimmel show. At Kimmel, 311 played "Creatures" and "All Mixed Up" on air, and then played another three songs for fans in the studio audience, while guest host, Mr. T, rocked out on-stage!
311 also participated in the T-Mobile Experience, where five bands in five different cities were webcast at the same time. 311 performed for 1,5000 winners at the Barkar Airport Hangar in Santa Monica, CA (home to the MTV Movie Awards and Nickelodeon Awards).
On September 7th, 311 celebrated Chad's birthday with a bowling party at Lucky Strike in Los Angeles, along with 30 contest winners from KROQ Radio in LA. P-Nut was the high roller of the day with a score of 174. Nice work Nut.
Earlier in the tour, 311 were in NYC during the blackout. Luckily it was on an off day, so no show had to be cancelled. The hotel was on a generator so one elevator and the air-conditioning were working, but no room lights. Since all of the food was defrosting in the restaurant, the hotel had a big BBQ with steaks, chicken and lobsters all for free!! The band and crew hung out at the outside café cleaned out the food supply and drank up the Scotch. The next day, the power was back up and the band rolled on to the New Jersey show.

311 TO LAUNCH FALL TOUR IN OCTOBER:
311 will now take a few weeks off, before hitting the road once again for a Fall Tour, from mid October through mid December!! The tour will be about 40 shows nationwide and will hit cities not played during the Summer Tour. 311 are excited to dig even deeper into their catalog of songs for the Fall Tour. Get ready!!
Opening band will be Southern California rockers Alien Ant Farm; who are supporting their new album "Truant". And also keep an eye out for DJP, who may join in on some dates.
BIG NEWS!!!...We are now announcing the first set of confirmed shows on the Tour Dates Page of the website. Keep an eye on the website as we continue to add shows over the next few weeks.
We are also going to offer 311 Pre-Sale tickets for many of these shows, so be sure to visit the Tour Dates page for those details, so you can secure tickets for the best seats in the house!! Shows are starting to go on sale now.

NEW SINGLE IN OCTOBER:
The second radio single from "Evolver" will be "Beyond the Gray Sky". Look for this song to hit the airwaves in late October. More details to come.
But for now, 311’s rockin’ new single, "Creatures (For A While)" is still hot on the charts!! Be sure to call your local station and give it a request. For a list of request line phone numbers click here, Radio Request List.
"Creatures (For A While)" will also be included on the upcoming EA Sports video game release, NASCAR Thunder 2004.

NEW ALBUM "EVOLVER" NOW IN STORES:
311's seventh studio album, "EVOLVER”, was released on July 22!! Produced by Ron Saint Germain, "Evolver" features 11 amazing songs - from full-out rockers to melodic gems; all of it classic 311 for the year 2003.
"Evolver" was released on August 20 in Japan and will be released on September 22 in the UK and Germany. More international release dates to be announced soon.
"Evolver" is a special enhanced CD which includes exclusive interviews with 311 band members and a documentary on the making of the album cover and the Evolution of Evolver!!
