Yeah. It sucks that the response time is a long wait. However I'm not going anywhere. I'll stop on by from time to time to see if this issue has been worked on.

Thanks Starshines. However The problem is I can not log into that Account. I believe someone created that account without my knowledge. I only have two accounts on this BB. Both of which I log into. One is hollysworld1 and the other is hollybaba311. So this still needs to be addressed.

Hi Holly,

I would suggest trying to go to the More option at the upper left of your screen (near Mail) and select Account. There you should be able to change your disply name. I am not sure if there is a more technical problem here, but this may be a good place to start. I just checked your URL and it does still have your name.
