I don't know much about dancehall, but I think it would be cool to have a 311 remix album of different songs from the past albums, get guys like DJ Krush or DJ Shadow, or any of the Ninja Tunes guys like the Herbaliser or DJ Vadim. Or get some crazy Dub remixes...that could be interesting(Like Bad Brains I & I survived).

i'm not really up to speed on most of the dj's you mentioned pep, but i'll definitely check them out. i've always been more into the modern roots stuff and contemporary dancehall from the likes of Buju Banton(my alltime favorite), Movado, Beenie Man, Alborosie, Richie Spice, Mr. Vegas (his early stuff anyway) and many of the artists freeze time has listed already. also, i've always loved early dancehall stuff like Yellowman, Supacat, Barrington Levy, John Holt, Cocoa Tea, Sugar Minott, Sister Nancy, Horace Andy, Shabba Ranks, Bounty Killer, Lady Saw, etc.

Ive never heard of any of them. I like the mdoern roots stuff more than the flat our bashment dancehall. Artists such as Warrior King, Turbulence, Capleton, Sizzla, Tony Rebel, Junior Kelly, Luciano, Mikey General, Queen Omega, Midnite ect...

i enjoy listening to lots and lots of djs.....sasha & digweed, danny howells, desyn masielo, the psychonauts, james lavelle, nick warren, sean cusick, dubfire, deep dish, tiesto, adam freeland, LEE BURRIDGE, paolo mojo, mazi, james zabiela, terry francis, friction, dieselboy, 16 bit lolitas......

I hope the new album has a dancehall influence. The b side Dancehall is dope and I think the way 311 do rock crossed with dancehall is so original. Love to see this on the album.
